Banana pancake

Pancake day was yesterday :) I made banana pancake. Sugar, diary, gluten free...

1 banana 1 egg only what I needed.

I mixed them and tried to shape small coins in the pan using all purpose  rapeseed oil to turn them gold :D

Perfect dessert for everyone, specially for babies from age when you are confident giving eggs. (My son tested eggs in his first birthday cake.)
